** Fully decorated for the festive season with 2 Christmas trees indoors and a floating Christmas on the water front
Longer term lettings can be negotiated
Full payment (including payment of security deposit) is required by bank transfer before booking can be confirmed.

A refundable security deposit of 400 euro is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 2 weeks of vacating the property provided no loss or damage has been caused to the property and that the property has been left in a clean and tidy state .
The property can be accessed on a Sat between 17-00 and 18.00 hrs but has to be vacated by 10 am on the following Sat (if taken for one week) to allow adequate time for cleaning, linen change, inspection etc.
The property is limited to a max of six people (Please note this includes children).
Fresh towels and bed linen will be provided on a weekly basis.
Pets are not allowed on the property or surrounding lands
Smoking indoors is not allowed.
Oil usage is metered and charged separately.
